Best Price Hurom Slow Juicer
Check this out – the Hurom Slow juicer is actually the same product as the Omega VRT HD series. Doesn’t this sound a bit crazy? They are both manufactured by a Korean company, Dongah Industrial Co. Ltd. which are an OEM producer. Know what this means? Wikipedia says:
An original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, manufactures products or components that are purchased by a company and retailed under that purchasing company’s brand name.
So basically, the juicers are made by this company in Korea and then branded as the Omega VRT350HD, the Hurom Slow Juicer and so on. Because they’re almost identical products, maybe you’re thinking it would be hard to pick the best juicer. That’s a fair point. But there are one or two areas where you might just see a difference.

Easy, right? It’s cool how these juicers just let you drop stuff in at the top and don’t have to worry about juice shooting back out the top (like what can happen with high speed juicers) or about having to push down with the pusher block.
The good news is that the Hurom HU-100 is a bit cheaper than the Omega VRT350HD model. This probably has something to do with its shorter warranty. If you’re the sort of person that likes to be on the safe side, you might want the more expensive juicer. Think about this though – the parts are pretty much the same. So if Omega can offer a 10 year warranty, doesn’t this mean that they expect the parts to last for at least 10 years? That’s what I think. So maybe a 1 year warranty isn’t so bad after all.
The juicing screen on this Hurom Slow Juicer is made of the GE Ultem (8* stronger plastic) material. So it’s gonna be nice and hard wearing. One thing is for sure – there’s no excuse to stop juicing!
There are different designs of this machine. The one in the video doesn’t have a handle on the back but if you take a look at the HU-100 sold on Amazon, you’ll see it’s got the carry handle. Which design you prefer?
