The only codes I've managed to find is the following:

1) After selecting your character, you will see the screen that lets you pick the mode you want to fight in. (easier, which lets you do special moves with L+R buttons, or harder, which is more like SF ][) Press and hold the L+R keys, and press select. You will get enough points to MAX out your scout and beat the game with ease. By the way, don't waste any points on the bottom most one. It controls the range of your specal attacks. And for some reason, more is less in this case.

2) When selecting your scout, push the L button to change the colors of that character. Mercury wears black, Salior Moon purple, etc. Cool!
